These terms govern your use of Avero Express, whether you're shopping, selling, or just browsing. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. ACCOUNTS You need an account to sell, and you can check out as a guest or with an account to buy. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@averoexpress.com if you think your account's been compromised. HOW THE MARKETPLACE WORKS Avero Express connects independent vendors with buyers. Each vendor sets their own prices, product descriptions, and shipping terms, and is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of what they ship. Avero Express is not the seller of record for vendor products and is not responsible for a vendor's failure to fulfill an order as described, though we'll help you resolve disputes with a vendor. VENDOR OBLIGATIONS Vendors agree to list only items they can legally sell, describe products accurately, fulfill orders promptly, and respond to customer messages and refund requests in good faith. Avero Express may suspend or remove a vendor's shop for repeated late shipments, inaccurate listings, prohibited items, or unresolved customer complaints. Vendors are paid out their sale proceeds minus the commission disclosed in their vendor agreement. PROHIBITED ITEMS Listings may not include counterfeit goods, stolen property, illegal substances, weapons where prohibited by law, or anything that violates applicable law or infringes someone else's intellectual property. We remove violating listings and may suspend the vendor's account. ORDERS AND PRICING Prices are shown in US dollars; any other currency shown at checkout is for reference only. Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price, which a vendor's order confirmation accepts. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a listing was priced or described in error. PAYMENTS Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay, or Mollie, depending on what's active at checkout). Avero Express does not store your full card number or bank details. That's handled directly by the payment processor. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital products are delivered as a download link on your order page once payment is confirmed. Because access is granted immediately, digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the file is defective or doesn't match its listing. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Physical items are shipped by the vendor, not Avero Express. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are set per vendor and shown at checkout. An order with items from multiple vendors will arrive as separate shipments. REFUNDS AND RETURNS You can request a refund on a delivered physical order within 30 days of delivery, from your order page. Refund requests are reviewed by the vendor and, if needed, by Avero Express support. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or your Avero Express wallet balance. WALLET AND LOYALTY POINTS Wallet credit and loyalty points earned on Avero Express have no cash value outside the platform, can't be transferred between accounts, and can be adjusted or removed if we find evidence of abuse (for example, fraudulent returns used to generate credit). ACCOUNT SUSPENSION We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or abuses other users or vendors. You can deactivate your own account at any time from Account Settings; your order history is kept, but you'll need to contact support to reactivate. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Avero Express is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace, or for a vendor's acts or omissions. Our role is to facilitate the transaction and step in to help resolve disputes. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms as the platform changes.
